1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.

• In the original packaging with tags, labels, and seals intact.

• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).

• Personal care and hygiene products.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”.

3. Return Process

3.2 After approval, you must ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
3.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Müllwood is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

4.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
4.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake or defective goods).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (subject to this policy).
