Müllwood products are made for the full range of curly and wavy hair, from loose waves (Type 2) to tight coils (Type 4). Yes. Müllwood curl products are formulated without silicones, sulfates, parabens or mineral oil, and they are vegan and cruelty-free.
How to use
How do I use Müllwood curl products?
Apply the Lasting Defining Cream and Lasting Curl Gel to soaking wet hair section by section, then scrunch upward and air dry or diffuse on low heat without touching until fully dry. How do I refresh my curls between wash days?
On non-wash days, spritz the Hydrating Hair Mist onto dry or slightly damp hair and gently scrunch to revive your curl pattern — no need to re-apply your styling products. It’s also handy for reviving curls that dry out in air-conditioned spaces.
Shipping & delivery
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, so you’ll see the exact cost before you pay. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 days of being placed, though this can vary depending on your location and factors outside our control. If you’d like an update on your order, just get in touch.
Returns & refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — unopened Müllwood products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging with seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once a product has been opened it can’t be returned, for hygiene reasons. If a product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we’ll always replace it. How long do refunds take, and can I cancel an order?
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship; once shipped, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
